The modern(?) way of recruiting.
The world of recruiting has, to be honest, not changed much in the past years, or dare I even say decades. As an applicant for an open position you are tasked with crafting a resume, preferably focusing on attributes related to the job, and a well written cover letter that recapitulates your resume with more words. This is neither efficient, nor is it very "human", if you can follow my line of thought.
That has to change.

Following up on the "human" thought, we need to move from listing your past experience towards an exploratory investigation on how you fit into the role you are applying for. This is what PrepInterview wants to do.
Starting as an app to help you prepare for an interview for a certain position, we will further expand the possibilities to create an end-to-end application system based on and around you, as the applicant, and your experiences. The platform will, through the use of AI, help assess your knowledge and experience in relation to the position. Not only will this help the recruiters find the perfect match, you will also get immediate feedback on your interview, what your strengths are, and what you could work on.
